G. Jagadish began painting at a very early age. At just 10, He held his 1st solo exhibition of landscapes. During school days, he made a commitment to enter competitions as a means of gaining exposure and winning prizes became a matter of routine.
Largely self-taught, Jagadish had a short stint at Kalamandir school of arts, began working as an associate artist soon after college, notable among them is Sri. B. K. S. Varma’s projects.
His work has been exhibited in many venues namely National Exhibition, Kalamela Habba etc,. He has also been featured in many magazines and newspapers.
Jagadish is the preferred artist and art consultant for many corporates including BOSCH, HCL, PHILIPS, JINDAL, INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT, SIEMENS etc…. His paintings have been collected by connoisseurs all over the world. He conducts workshops in art appreciation.
He also presents “Art and Music Fusion Programmes” for television channels and at major events by invitation.
He specializes in oil paintings, paintings that bring social change, deeply interested in the therapeutic value of art in general and colours in particular. Jagadish lives and works in Bangalore.
